Month 1: Internal Engagement (Weeks 1-3)

Your Role: As a mentor, your main task is to assist the mentee in defining clear collaborative goals and establishing shared expectations.  Encourage them to take charge of their tasks while creating a cooperative environment.

What to Expect: The mentee will be responsible for understanding the company’s sustainable development needs and receiving preliminary input.

How to Support: Provide guidance on how to communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, assisting them in aligning their aims with the company’s values. Your suggestions should help them refine their approach to create a solid framework for the collaboration.
