During the first month, you’ll start by interacting with a small group within the company that you’re collaborating. Your primary focus during this phase will be on establishing clear goals, defining responsibilities, and laying the groundwork for collaboration with your mentor. During this phase, you’ll also collect preliminary feedback and start identifying the company’s special needs for sustainable development, which will guide your green production process throughout the simulation.
